Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Business Intelligence Product Development Lead to drive BI solutions across TAPFIN. You will lead technical and data projects, coordinate prioritization, and mentor team members on Power BI, Tableau, and TAPFIN Data Warehouse standards.

You will partner with BI Insights and Client Delivery to deliver scalable BI products, promote cross-brand work, and own the full life cycle of BI projects, including UAT and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with talent solutions BI tools including Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Establish a regular meeting cadence with BI Insights Managers to review performance support needs and priorities.
• Ensure Product Development team builds program solutions and scalable organizational solutions for trends and analyses.
• Lead and be responsible for UAT for software updates and enhancements (IR & Tableau).
• Travel et al. as required within <10% travel.
