USAble Life is seeking an experienced BI Developer to design, build, and support data solutions that empower informed business decisions. You will craft dashboards, reports, data extracts, and data models, collaborating with partners to translate requirements into reliable solutions.

The role covers ETL/ELT processes, data governance, and production support, with opportunities to lead initiatives and mentor teammates. A strong SQL and BI tool background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in BI/data analytics, data engineering, or analytics delivery.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and BI tooling experience.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data governance, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support BI reports, dashboards, data extracts, and governed datasets.
• Support data integration, data mart, reporting, and analytics from source to consumption.
• Translate complex requirements into technical specifications and data designs.
• Perform data analysis, unit testing, validation, and stakeholder acceptance.
• Create runbooks, documentation, and support procedures; assist with releases.
