Agama Solutions Inc. seeks a BI & Analytics Support Specialist to manage and support enterprise BI platforms remotely. The role covers administration for Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and Alteryx, with responsibilities including server patching, upgrades, and health checks.

You will handle user access management, production change control, and automation across tools while collaborating with stakeholders. Strong scripting in Python/SQL and experience with ServiceNow/JIRA are valued.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on BI platform administration across Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Alteryx.
• Remote work and ability to work independently.
• Server patching, upgrades, and platform health checks.
• AWS: EC2, Route 53, ALB, Security Groups.
• SSO, SAML, SSL, IIS, Azure AD.
• ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Python and SQL scripting.
• Application installation, driver configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
