Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager for a fully remote role. The position bridges data analytics, technology, and financial strategy, turning complex data into actionable insights and strengthening reporting capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have Power BI, SQL, and Azure expertise, and collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to shape the organization’s BI capabilities. Certification in PL-300 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI or analytics.
• Strong Power BI, SQL and Azure experience.
• Experience with Tabular Editor.
• Power BI PL-300 certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for business and financial decisions.
• Use SQL and Azure to access and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Translate business needs into actionable reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with finance and stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy.
• Support financial planning and performance analytics via data insights.
• Evaluate BI tools and reporting infrastructure for improvements.
• Help advance the organization’s data and analytics capabilities.
