Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Analytics BI Engineer to design, build, and support BI solutions within our cloud data environment. You will collaborate with data engineering, business partners, and BI leads to deliver scalable analytics and AI-enabled insights.

The role requires Power BI expertise, Azure and Fabric experience, and a strong grasp of data management. This position supports a remote-friendly work model across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a BI engineering role, with Power BI.
• 2+ years building database objects and views for reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Fabric, Power BI Service.
• Experience monitoring usage, capacity, performance and automation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in retail analytics preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field with analytics tech experience.
• Self-starter, collaborative, motivated, team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop upstream database objects, Power BI models, reports and dashboards.
• Administer and support Azure and Power BI cloud environment, monitor usage and costs.
• Provide technical requirements for BI objects across platforms.
• Improve current BI tools, cloud technologies and processes.
• Collaborate with project management to share estimates and status.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and document standards and best practices.
