Job summary

ChampionX is seeking a Digital Account Manager to drive BI-enabled solutions for North American accounts, with a focus on production optimization and dashboard development in Power BI.

You'll partner with business stakeholders and IT, coordinate with Marketing, RDE, and Operations, and travel as needed. 3+ years in IT or analytics, strong communication, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with business intelligence solutions (Power BI, SSRS, SQL).
• Proven ability to resolve problems independently and act timely and professionally.
• Past experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth environment.
• Experience working with global cross-functional teams and diverse disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with business partners to collaboratively define solutions.
• Build relationships with RAMs across US Land for best practice sharing.
• Coordinate with Marketing, RDE, TEAMS Center, Corporate Accounts, and Operations to achieve goals.
• Liaise with core Digital Solutions and IT teams to support initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and visualize data trends in Power BI and related tools.
• Provide accurate project status updates to stakeholders and maintain project information.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and safety reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital solutions and processes.
• Support products through life cycle and manage design/development phases.
• Attend customer meetings with account leads and support quarterly/yearly reviews.
