Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across multiple verticals, with a growth path into a proactive analytical partner who anticipates business needs.

You will work closely with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends, run retrospective experiments, and ensure dashboards become trusted, actionable assets used to optimize campaigns and revenue.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL with ability to extract insights from unstructured data.
• Ownership of reporting; drive standardization and data literacy across teams.
• Experience optimizing performance marketing through data-driven levers.
• Advanced LookML or equivalent modeling in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Curiosity and business depth to turn analysis into trusted business partners.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and retrospective insights.
• Develop and enforce standardized dashboards and scalable data sources.
• Ensure data models have clear downstream impact and are used to drive decisions.
