Job summary

Launch Potato is hiring a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decisions across multiple verticals, with a growth path into a proactive analytical partner.

You will work closely with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends, run retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance, and ensure insights are acted upon.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business intelligence or analytics with exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
• Experience owning reporting end-to-end from data to dashboard delivery.
• Experience with messy, complex third‑party data.
• Collaborated with business teams to uncover trends and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Embed with business units, partnering with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to surface insights.
• Demonstrate that reports are used, understood, and acted upon, not just created.
• Develop standardized reporting with LookML (or equivalent in BI tools) ensuring downstream impacts.
• Grow into a proactive analytical partner who identifies opportunities and challenges before they arise.
