Jobgether is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead in the United States for a fully remote role. You will transform data into actionable insights, own modern data solutions, and collaborate with senior leaders across business and technical teams.

You will work with SQL, Python/PySpark, Databricks, and production-grade pipelines to improve data quality, scalability, and reliability while driving strategic analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of technical data analysis experience, or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Advanced Python/PySpark production code optimization.
• Advanced Databricks with Unity Catalog and Delta Lake.
• Proven production data pipelines with schemas, validation, and logging.
• Strong SQL skills and SQL Server integration.
• Git-based software engineering practices and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from internal and external sources to derive insights.
• Develop data solutions using Python/PySpark, SQL, and Databricks.
• Build production data pipelines with schemas, logging, and reliability.
• Refactor PySpark code for performance and scalability.
• Design Databricks solutions with Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, and jobs.
• Create advanced SQL solutions and SQL Server integration.
• Apply Git-based engineering practices and CI/CD workflows.
• Translate requirements between business and technical teams.
• Contribute to modernization with better orchestration and observability.
• Communicate findings clearly to senior leaders.
