Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team in Phoenix. The role focuses on turning data into knowledge by modeling data, building BI solutions and maintaining reporting applications.

The candidate will work with SQL, Python or R, and BI tools like Tableau, QlikView/QlikSense, SAS and Power BI to deliver insights across departments. Excellent collaboration and data validation are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with focus in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1 year of analytics, data modeling or BI experience preferred.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI) required.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or R preferred.
• Experience with Excel and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Create data models and reporting applications using BI tools.
• Develop scripts to import data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with users to validate BI solutions and conduct testing.
• Adapt reporting requirements as tools evolve in a high-growth environment.
• Ensure data integrity and reliability across reporting applications.
