Cotiviti is seeking an experienced BI Developer III to join our analytics and business intelligence team. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise data warehouse solutions that leverage healthcare datasets to drive actionable insights while translating stakeholder requirements into technical implementations.

The role emphasizes Safe Agile practices, mentoring junior team members, and delivering high-quality BI solutions across clinical and financial domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Advanced expertise in data warehouse methodologies and healthcare analytics.
• 5+ years of SQL Server experience (design, development, optimization).
• 5+ years of SSIS ETL design and implementation.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
• Strong healthcare data, payer/provider operations understanding.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise data warehouse solutions for healthcare analytics.
• Create and maintain SSIS ETL processes integrating multi-source data.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and paginated reports for clinical and financial insights.
• Translate stakeholder needs into technical specs and acceptance criteria.
• Lead multiple analytics projects with focus on data quality and security.
• Participate in Safe Agile ceremonies and code reviews.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices and analytics methods.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and data governance across solutions.
