Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking an experienced BI Developer III to design, develop, and maintain enterprise data warehouse solutions for healthcare analytics. You will translate complex stakeholder requirements into technical implementations while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a Safe Agile environment.

Responsibilities include ETL design with SSIS, building Power BI dashboards, and ensuring data quality and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics or equivalent.
5+ years of professional experience with Microsoft SQL Server for database design, development, and optimization.
5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing ETL solutions using SSIS.
Proficiency with Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
Strong background in healthcare data analysis and analytics, with understanding of healthcare payer/provider operations.

Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise data warehouse solutions using dimensional modeling and slowly changing dimensions for healthcare analytics.
Create and maintain ETL processes using SSIS to integrate healthcare and financial data from multiple sources with data integrity and compliance.
Develop dashboards using Power BI and paginated reports to provide actionable insights for clinical and financial decision-making.
Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and acceptance criteria, collaborating with clinical, financial, and operational teams.
Mentor junior team members on data warehouse best practices, analytics methodologies, and tools.
