Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Medical Center is seeking a seasoned BI Analyst/Developer to build and support complex reporting across clinical and financial workflows. You will work with Epic Hosted ETL, Cogito, and Business Analysts to transform data into actionable dashboards and datasets.

Required 5+ years in healthcare BI, strong SQL and visualization skills, and Epic certification or commitment to obtain within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years experience in healthcare IT.
• Epic certification required or must obtain Epic Certification within 3 months of training and pass exams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support reporting and analytics solutions for EHR data and other sources.
• Collaborate with Epic ETL developers, Subject Matter Experts, Cogito Project Manager and Business Analyst to gather requirements.
• Design scalable data integration and data governance using Fabric Data Factory and Synapse.
• Maintain security, data modeling, and documentation; provide post-implementation support.
