Responsibilities

• Generates basic reports using industry-standard BI tools.
• Communicates with physicians and staff to capture requirements and resolve problems.
• Documents development steps for team and customer communication.
• Resolves ITSM incidents within SLA timelines and maintains a sense of urgency and ownership.
