Qualifications

• Epic Cogito certifications required or in plan to obtain within 5 months of starting Epic class.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; Epic Cogito exposure preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in Epic applications and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain BI platforms and servers to meet operational needs.
• Monitor BI tools and systems for optimal performance and policy adherence.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for BI/reporting tools and upgrades.
