Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Reporting Dashboard Engineer to support complex reporting, analytics, and BI initiatives for Financial Services. You will design and enhance enterprise dashboards that enable regulatory compliance and data-driven decision-making.

You will build data models and semantic layers, perform advanced SQL, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. The role involves ETL/ELT support and delivering KPI dashboards for executives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in BI reporting, analytics, dashboard development, or data engineering.
• Advanced SQL skills with large, complex datasets.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Experience with dimensional data modeling, data warehousing, and star/snowflake schemas.
• Experience with ETL/ELT and data integration processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Build and optimize data models, semantic layers, and reporting datasets.
• Perform advanced SQL development, data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Support ETL/ELT processes and integration across multiple data sources.
• Develop KPIs, metrics, scorecards, and executive-level dashboards.
• Implement data quality controls and reporting governance standards.
• Troubleshoot reporting and data discrepancies through root-cause analysis.
• Support testing, implementation, and production deployment.
