Solerity is seeking a Software Developer to build professional dashboards using the Maven Analytics methodology. You will combine data modeling, data visualization, and business communication to deliver actionable insights for federal clients.

You will develop Power BI reports, craft Advanced SQL queries, and apply Python-based BI approaches to create interactive data applications. The role emphasizes storytelling, KPI measurement, and user-focused dashboard design.

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance (or eligible for one)
• Discipline with advanced data modeling and dashboard storytelling

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI dashboards with robust relational data models and advanced DAX calculations
• Write performant SQL queries to cleanse and pull data from relational databases
• Build Python-based BI apps using Plotly, Dash, or Pandas
• Design dashboards with clear information hierarchy and contextual copywriting
• Apply measurement planning and KPI-driven storytelling for business audiences
• Leverage Excel for data cleaning, pivoting, and mock-up reporting
