Job summary

The ProSource Group, Inc. seeks a Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and BI solutions in a remote role for US operations.

You will work with business stakeholders, data analysts, and technical teams to deliver dashboards, reports, and analytics that drive strategic decisions, with emphasis on data modeling, governance, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Power BI development experience.
• Strong proficiency with DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• Advanced SQL development skills.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• US Citizenship or Green Card required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Create and maintain data models using Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extraction processes.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including ERP, CRM, Azure, and SQL databases.
• Implement report security, governance, and data quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize report performance and data refresh processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
• Support self-service BI initiatives and provide end-user training.
