Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Retail Lending is seeking a mid-level BI Analyst to develop and maintain reports and dashboards for the Mortgage Lending Division, leveraging Power BI, SSRS, and SQL to drive decision making. You will collaborate with business units to gather requirements, automate reporting, and ensure regulatory data accuracy (HMDA, Fair Lending).

A strong background in data analysis, Excel, data visualization, and experience with large datasets is required; the team offers remote

Qualifications

• Experience in business intelligence/report development and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong understanding of data structures and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting requirements (HMDA, Fair Lending, state/federal reports) and support findings.
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Validate data and develop exception reports to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, SQL).
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Support development of a data dictionary for Mortgage Lending data and document reports.
• Provide training and support to business users on reporting tools.
