Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role supports the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to inform decisions across the organization.

You will work with Qlik, SQL, and other BI tools to translate business needs into actionable insights, validate data, and contribute to data governance practices. Remote-friendly position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R required; proficiency may be gained through academic, internship, or professional experience.
• Experience in analytics, data modeling, business intelligence, or a related field through academic, internship, or professional experience preferred.
• Experience with or exposure to business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, SAS, Power BI, or similar technologies preferred. Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive, user-friendly reports and dashboards using Qlik tools, ensuring visualizations meet brand standards and user needs.
• Provide data analysis and visualization to support urgent business questions or client requests using Qlik, SQL, and other applicable tools.
• Assist with gathering and understanding business reporting needs and translating defined requirements into reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Analyze data to identify and present insights, anomalies, patterns, and trends to impacted business areas.
• Support the development and maintenance of reporting metrics and key performance indicators based on defined business requirements.
• Perform data validation and testing to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of dashboards, reports, and underlying data.
• Assist with troubleshooting reporting and data issues and work with team members to research and resolve identified discrepancies.
• Support ongoing enhancements to existing dashboards, reports, and reporting processes based on business needs and user feedback.
• Develop knowledge of organizational data sources, business intelligence practices, and applicable data governance standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
