Navitus Health Solutions seeks an entry-level Business Intelligence Specialist to support the development and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that guide decision-making across the organization.

The role collaborates with team members and business partners to translate requirements into actionable reports, validate data, and ensure reliable information access. A foundational BI skill set and curiosity toward data governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or similar work experience.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience in analytics, data modeling, business intelligence, or related field preferred.
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, SAS, or Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Qlik tools.
• Provide data analysis and visualization to support urgent business questions using SQL, Python, and other tools.
• Translate business reporting needs into reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Analyze data to identify insights, anomalies, patterns, and trends for business areas.
• Support the development and maintenance of reporting metrics and KPIs.
• Perform data validation and testing to ensure accuracy and integrity of dashboards and data.
• Troubleshoot reporting and data issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Help enhance existing dashboards and reporting processes based on needs and feedback.
• Develop knowledge of organizational data sources and data governance standards.
