Job summary

Green Light Distribution seeks a full-time sales professional in Fort Myers, FL to grow beverage distribution in the local market. The role emphasizes building relationships with accounts, educating staff and consumers, and meeting monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has beverage industry sales experience, strong MS Office skills, and is willing to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends. Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Beverage industry professional with 1+ year sales experience with a supplier or distributor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have and provide a valid Driver's License and auto insurance.
• Ability and willingness to occasionally work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
• Hands-on, able to work remotely and add value to the team.
• Strong interpersonal skills to direct distributor sales forces and develop key retail relationships.
• Familiarity with the local market.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts and build relationships with on- and off-premises staff, retail managers and customer sales personnel.
• Leverage relationships with key accounts to sell in distribution.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while helping team members achieve success.
• Educate trade and consumers through direct interactions including samplings, meetings, and trainings.
• Utilize data analysis tools to track activities, results, contacts, tasks and output.
• Maintain and enhance network of points of distribution.
• Achieve monthly sales and placements goals in assigned territory.
