Job summary

REV Copack is seeking a remote Business Development Manager to drive new revenue for our Pittston, PA-based beverage co-pack operation. You will own the full sales cycle, source and qualify opportunities, run discovery, and collaborate with production on pricing to close new brand clients.

You will onboard accounts and guide them through their first production run while maintaining ongoing relationships and seeking expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience with quota responsibility.
• Experience selling into or within CPG, food & beverage, packaging, or contract manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch and hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close and onboarding.
• Build and manage a disciplined outbound pipeline via multiple channels.
• Collaborate with production to scope feasibility and create margin-friendly quotes.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to protect profitability and close deals.
• Grow and nurture existing accounts and expand product SKUs and volume.
