Job summary

HiTHIUM Energy Storage is seeking a Field Service Project Manager to lead the execution and lifecycle management of utility-scale BESS projects during field installation, commissioning, and preventive and corrective actions. You will serve as a key technical and project-management interface between customers, field service teams, third party providers, and other internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related.
• 3+ years of field service, commissioning, technical support, or project management in BESS, EVs, or industrial electrical systems.
• Experience coordinating field projects and managing schedules, resources, and milestones.
• Working knowledge of BESS architecture, battery systems, PCS, and EMS.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts, technical requirements, project scope, and service obligations.
• Develop and monitor field execution plans, resource requirements, schedules, and project milestones.
• Ensure projects are prepared for field mobilization, including personnel, tools, equipment, documentation, and site requirements.
• Identify project risks early and establish mitigation plans.
• Ensure project activities comply with procedures, customer requirements, and regulations.
• Coordinate Field Service Engineers, 3rd party providers, customers, and internal resources during installation and testing.
• Track milestones, schedule performance, site readiness, and resource utilization.
• Identify schedule risks and drive corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate resources to resolve service issues and improve MTTR.
• Identify recurring or high-impact issues and escalate to engineering/quality teams.
• Coordinate with departments to develop corrective actions and minimize customer impact.
