Job summary

HiTHIUM Energy Storage seeks an experienced BESS Service Business Development Manager to drive LTSA, O&M strategy, and lifecycle support for utility-scale storage projects. You will align technical and commercial goals, manage key customer relationships, and lead service revenue growth with a focus on long-term satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in the BESS sector, deep LTSA/O&M knowledge, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of direct working experience in the BESS industry (service, engineering, business development, or project execution).
Strong understanding of LTSA/O&M scope, warranty structure, and BESS system architecture.
Proven ability to lead commercial negotiations and collaborate with technical teams.
Excellent communication, customer-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Negotiate LTSA, O&M scope, warranty coverage, performance guarantees, and full lifecycle service packages.
Identify risks tied to technical requirements, warranty boundaries, and performance guarantees; collaborate with R&D, quality, engineering, and product teams.
Develop and maintain relationships with asset owners, developers, EPCs, and service partners to expand service revenue opportunities.
Monitor BESS technology trends, regulatory developments, and customer needs to shape competitive offerings.
Review and refine service standards, procedures, and operational practices to improve service quality and satisfaction.
