Job summary

HiTHIUM Energy Storage Technology USA Inc. seeks a Field Service Engineer to lead on-site commissioning, testing, and maintenance of large-scale BESS projects across the Americas.

You will be the primary customer-facing technical expert, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and reliable operation of battery energy storage systems. Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on commissioning, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems including HV components.
• Experience with BESS, inverters, transformers, power electronics.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation in English.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Project Leadership: Serve as on-site technical expert and primary customer point of contact for BESS projects.
• On-Site Project Execution: Lead end-to-end on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance, ensuring high-quality delivery and on-time completion.
• System Troubleshooting and Repairs: Lead diagnosis and repair of electrical and communication system faults to maintain optimal BESS performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide comprehensive technical and project management updates to customers and internal teams.
• Internal Coordination: Drive collaboration across Technical, Quality, and R&D teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety protocols and PPE standards while managing third-party vendor technicians.
