Job summary

IDC Corporate is seeking an undergraduate co-op to support Bespoke, a program delivering executive sponsorship and a structured sales planning framework for IDC’s top customers. You will track progress, coordinate scheduling among ELT Sponsors, Exec Analysts, and sales leaders, and produce materials for senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on operations, collaboration with senior leadership, and development of executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple clusters.
• Ability to produce executive-ready materials with minimal edits.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to build/update trackers and decks.

Responsibilities

• Track progress of customer clusters through Bespoke’s sales process and flag blockers.
• Coordinate scheduling for account planning sessions and executive briefings.
• Draft kickoff communications and prepare summary notes after sessions.
• Prepare cluster-level status updates highlighting risks and milestones.
• Maintain core working documents such as decks and rosters.
• Follow up with account teams to close action items and escalations.
• Support onboarding of new clusters and initial planning sessions.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
