Qualifications

• Strong process discipline and attention to detail across multiple pieces.
• Proficient written communication for executive‑ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Track progress of assigned customer clusters through Bespoke's sales process and flag blockers.
• Coordinate scheduling for account planning sessions and check‑ins across ELT Sponsors, Exec Analysts, Sales Leaders, and account teams.
• Draft kickoff communications and prepare summary notes after planning sessions.
• Prepare cluster‑level status updates highlighting risks, open actions, and milestones.
• Maintain and update core working documents and decks.
