Job summary

Global Impact Group LLC is seeking Berber/Tamazight Over-the-Phone Interpreters (OPI) to support a USCIS contract. This remote role requires real-time Berber/Tamazight-English interpretation for USCIS interviews, hearings, and official proceedings.

Ideal candidates have native fluency in Berber/Tamazight and English, 2+ years interpreting experience, and a strong commitment to ethics, confidentiality, and quality. Compensation is $25–30 per hour with paid training and remote work.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Berber/Tamazight and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time Berber/Tamazight-English telephonic interpretation for USCIS interviews, hearings, and official proceedings.
• Deliver interpretation with accuracy, neutrality, and professionalism.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with interpreter standards.
• Handle scheduled and urgent/surge assignments.
• Participate in training, compliance refreshers, and quality audits.
