Job summary

CRC Group Benefits is seeking a Benefits Support Specialist (Temporary/Remote) to act as the operational link between brokers and carriers for new and renewing group health and benefits cases.

You will work with Sales, New Business Analysts, and carrier partners to build censuses, run quotes, install cases with carriers, and track progress from receipt through carrier approvals so brokers receive accurate confirmations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related administrative experience.
• Strong data entry and process management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with teams and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor receipt of new and renewing cases and log in systems.
• Enter data for new business and renewals in carrier systems.
• Assist in generating carrier quotes and setting up cases with carriers.
• Maintain censuses and installation SOPs.
• Support special projects and related duties.
