Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Benefits Support Specialist to serve as the operational link between brokers and carriers for new and renewing group health and benefits cases. This remote role collaborates with Sales, New Business Analysts, and carrier partners to build censuses, run final quotes, install cases, and track cases from receipt through carrier approvals so brokers receive accurate, timely confirmation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Knowledge of group health benefits and carrier processes is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication with teams, agents, and carriers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor receipt of new and renewing cases and log them in internal systems.
• Handle data entry of new business and renewals in carrier systems.
• Confirm appointments with agents/brokers and follow up through completion.
• Communicate carrier approvals and policy numbers to brokers.
• Assist in carrier quote generation and manage COBRA processes.
• Maintain SOPs for censuses and installations; support special projects.
