Third Party CS is expanding its benefits-administration team and offers a fully remote position with training and mentorship. You will help union members understand and maximize available benefits and programs from home, with a focus on customer service and enrollment support.

No prior experience is required, and you can grow with training and clear advancement opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable speaking with people over phone and Zoom.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist union members with benefit-related questions.
• Educate members on available coverage and programs.
• Support enrollment and claims processes.
• Build relationships with members and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member concerns.
• Provide outstanding customer support and follow-up.
