Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. seeks a Benefits Representative to join the benefits department. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of benefits administration experience in health, dental, life insurance, LTD and related programs. Proficiency with SAP HRIS and MS Office is preferred.

The position involves organizing benefit plans, handling enrollment events, designing review processes, and providing expert guidance on plan documents. Occasional Saturday work may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of benefits administration experience in Health, Dental, Life Insurance, LTD, Flex and COBRA.
• Knowledge of 401(k), ERISA, HIPAA and health care reform laws.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with HRIS value systems (preferably SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and administer health, life, LTD and other benefit plans.
• Handle enrollment events and changes for benefits programs.
• Assist in the design and review of online registration processes.
• Prepare weekly budget reports and spend analysis for benefits.
• Explain life insurance and LTD questions to employees and coordinate payments.
• Manage 401(k), NQDC and IRA deposits and enrollments.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly health plan reviews and resolve issues with providers.
