Qualificações

• 2-3 years of benefits administration experience in Health, Dental, Life Insurance, LTD, Flex and COBRA.
• Knowledge of 401(k), ERISA, HIPAA and health care reform laws.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with HRIS value systems (preferably SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and administer health, life, LTD and other benefit plans.
• Handle enrollment events and changes for benefits programs.
• Assist in the design and review of online registration processes.
• Prepare weekly budget reports and spend analysis for benefits.
• Explain life insurance and LTD questions to employees and coordinate payments.
• Manage 401(k), NQDC and IRA deposits and enrollments.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly health plan reviews and resolve issues with providers.

Full Job Description

Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a privately held company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is seeking a qualified individual to fill a benefit representative position within our benefits department. THE position includes a comprehensive knowledge of the profit sector from top to bottom. This is the perfect time, Clock status and report to value manager.

Services include

• Organize health, life, LTD and variable expense benefits
• Status changes and special enrollment events for benefits
• Assist in the design and review of the online registration process
• Create and organize weekly budget reports and spend analysis
• Assist and answer life insurance and LTD questions
• Arrange and pay life insurance and LTD fees
• Process and respond to qualified health orders such as child support
• Join a 401(k) enrollment in a Non-Qualified Contribution Plan (NQDC)
• Manages 401(k), NQDC and IRA deposits
• Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews of health plans
• Resolves problems with users and third-party administrators
• Understand and explain plan documents
• Share a new bonus package
• Saturday work will be necessary at times
