Job summary

Healthcare Staffing Professionals is seeking a benefits specialist (call center) to support members and employers with benefit programs, enrollment, and data management.

You will handle complex data, communicate clearly, and contribute to modernization projects while providing high-quality customer service. Remote work is available for Wisconsin residents; in-office meetings occur periodically.
