The position will focus on data research, validation, and remediation tied to system modernization projects, with additional duties supporting day-to-day benefit operations.

Responsibilities

• Support data conversion and remediation for system modernization efforts.
• Interpret and apply benefit program rules, policies, and regulations.
• Communicate complex information clearly via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Process benefit transactions (Health, Life, Vision, Dental, Medicare, etc.) as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
