Job summary

OneDigital in Rockwall, TX seeks a Benefits Specialist to help customers hire, onboard, and understand their benefits, maintaining compliance on their behalf and driving improvements in the benefits workflow.

You will own assigned client books, develop knowledge, and partner with the Benefits team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Remote options may be available with strong attention to detail and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years benefits service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with specifications, development, testing and implementation of new plan designs for renewal or clients adding on new plans.
• Maintain data integrity and system functionality of benefits information to ensure accuracy of enrollments and related data.
• Provide support to client account managers, payroll and sales as needed.
• Coordinate compliance and systems for clients with the team.
• Design and implement workflows supporting routine benefits tasks.
