OneAmerica Financial Partners, Inc is seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Representative to drive territory growth and meet sales targets while delivering excellent service to producers and clients. The role supports regional marketing plans and uses video tools for remote engagements and in-person meetings as needed.

The position requires 5+ years of EB sales experience, a Life and Health license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in Employee Benefits and related sales/marketing.
• Must hold Life and Health license.
• Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage the assigned territory to meet net quote and sales goals.
• Meet renewal objectives as established by home office.
• Provide excellent service to producers and clients.
• Support RGO marketing plan and operate within budget.
• Conduct sales seminars and product trainings as needed.
• Utilize data (Group Market Share, MiEdge, Salesforce) to expand market presence.
