Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in Employee Benefits and related sales/marketing.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent background.
• Life and Health license required.

Responsibilities

• Produce within the assigned territory and achieve sales targets.
• Meet renewal objectives as set by the home office.
• Provide excellent service to producers and clients.
• Develop and implement RGO marketing plan with budget oversight.
• Conduct sales/product seminars as needed.
• Utilize data systems (Group Market Share, MiEdge, Salesforce) to grow market presence.
