Job summary

OneAmerica Financial is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow our Employee Benefits portfolio. You will manage a designated territory, pursue new business, and support renewals while partnering with producers and clients.

The role allows remote work with periodic in-person meetings as needed, and offers an annual incentive in addition to base pay. A Life and Health license is required, with a Bachelor's degree as the base qualification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent background.
• Life and Health license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• 5+ years of sales experience in Employee Benefits.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce within the assigned territory and achieve satisfactory sales results and submissions of OneAmerica/AUL products.
• Meet renewal objectives as established by the home office.
• Provide acceptable levels of service to producers and clients.
• Assist the Regional Vice President in the development and implementation of the RGO marketing plan.
• Attend regularly scheduled manager one on one and office meetings to help identify patterns for improvement.
