Job summary

CRC Group, an industry-leading benefits services provider, seeks a remote Sales Specialist based in Connecticut to grow broker headcount and revenue. You will recruit and train agents, promote BenefitMall capabilities, and coordinate with internal systems to track activity and success.

The role requires an active Life & Health license within 90 days and a strong insurance sales background. You will work with brokers to expand products per client, close sales, and ensure secure data transfer.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of group insurance products and services.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train agents to BenefitMall through trusted relationships and tech.
• Develop revenue growth strategies with agents/brokers.
• Collaborate in a team sales environment to drive retention and sales.
• Lead POD to service agents/brokers’ business and provide training on processes.
• Market to agents/brokers to close sales and add products to in-force customers.
