Job summary

OneAmerica is seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Representative in Chicago. The role involves managing a defined territory, driving sales, renewals, and broker engagement while collaborating with leadership on marketing plans.

Responsibilities include seminars, data-driven sales activities, and recruiting in the assigned market. The position offers remote work with periodic in-person team activities and potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
• Life and Health license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Produce within the assigned territory and achieve sales results.
• Meet renewal objectives as established by home office.
• Provide acceptable levels of service to producers and clients.
• Assist Regional VP in developing and implementing the RGO marketing plan.
• Conduct sales and product seminars as necessary.
• Attend manager one-on-ones and meetings to identify improvements and enrich broker experiences.
• Manage territory to achieve net quote activity meeting selling objectives.
• Use Group Market Share, MiEdge, and Salesforce data to expand market presence.
• Develop a plan to achieve case activity targets aligned to core strategy.
• Recruit sales reps and account managers in the assigned market.
