OneAmerica Financial Partners, Inc. seeks an Employee Benefits Sales Representative for Atlanta to grow the territory and achieve sales targets for OneAmerica/AUL products. The role is remote with occasional in-person collaboration as needed.

The candidate should have 5+ years of sales experience in Employee Benefits, hold a Life and Health license, and be prepared for remote work with occasional travel. Salary includes a $50,000 base plus incentive compensation with uncapped income potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent background.
• Life and Health license.

Responsibilities

• Produce within the assigned territory and achieve satisfactory sales results and submissions of OneAmerica/AUL products.
• Meet renewal objectives as established by the home office.
• Provide acceptable levels of service to producers and clients.
• Assist the Regional Vice President in the development and implementation of the RGO marketing plan.
• Conduct sales and product seminars as necessary.
• Attend manager one-on-ones and office meetings to identify patterns and opportunities for better broker/client experiences.
• Manage assigned territory to achieve net quote activity levels.
• Use Group Market Share, MiEdge, and Salesforce data to expand market presence and sales.
• Develop a plan to achieve case activity targets aligned to core strategy.
• Recruit sales representatives and account managers in the assigned market.
