Job summary

OneAmerica Financial seeks an experienced sales professional to produce within an assigned territory and drive growth for OneAmerica/AUL products. You will renew existing objectives and support the RGO marketing plan, while delivering excellent service to producers and clients.

The role involves conducting product seminars, leveraging data tools, and recruiting sales reps in the territory. Remote work is allowed with occasional office visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent background.
• Life and Health license required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Produce within the assigned territory and achieve sales targets.
• Meet renewal objectives as established by the home office.
• Provide service levels to producers and clients.
• Assist the Regional VP in developing and implementing the RGO marketing plan within budget.
• Conduct sales and product seminars as needed.
• Attend meetings to identify patterns and improve broker/client experiences.
• Recruit sales representatives and account managers in the territory.
