Job summary

Equitable is seeking an Employee Benefits Reporting & Compensation Analyst to support bonus programs, reporting and audits within our Financial Services Team. You will partner with Sales leadership to ensure accurate compensation calculations and timely payments, while maintaining governance and data integrity.

The role emphasizes data validation, process improvement, and collaboration across internal teams to drive sales results and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, data analysis and QA in compensation/finance processes.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and accurate administrative transactions.
• Excel skills with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Design, review and administer incentive compensation programs (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Partner with Sales leadership to align compensation with goals.
• Collaborate with Commissions, vendors and teams to resolve data issues and improve data integrity.
• Perform QA reviews of commissions, invoices and processes for governance.
• Analyze and validate compensation data; identify trends and discrepancies.
• Reconcile broker/GA appointments with state regulatory records.
• Setup and maintain broker/GA commission structures and hierarchies.
• Leverage data analysis to optimize compensation scenarios and processes.
