Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's preferred in related field.
• 3 years in SQL, data analysis, and QA for compensation or payments.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver accurate results.
• Advanced Excel skills for data trends and insights.
• Proactive mindset to improve processes and controls.
• Excellent organization to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and administer incentive programs (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Partner with Sales and stakeholders to align compensation with goals.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve data, file transmission, and system issues.
• Quality assurance on commissions, invoices, and processes.
• Analyze, validate, and report compensation and commission data.
• Reconcile appointments across systems with state records.
• Set up broker/GA commission structures and hierarchies.
• Use analysis to improve efficiency and data quality.
