Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Benefits Migration Operations Specialist for a contract assignment in Houston, TX. You will support large-scale customer migration projects, ensure data integrity, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues during the migration lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This 6–9 month role may transition to permanent onboarding roles based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience performing data entry, data validation, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of large-scale customer migration and implementation initiatives.
• Research, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve migration-related issues.
• Identify and correct migration fallout, data discrepancies, and system errors.
• Review, update, and validate contracts, billing records, plan documents, and customer information.
• Perform data validation and manual system updates to ensure accurate migration outcomes.
• Collaborate with operations teams, implementation partners, engineers, and stakeholders to improve processes.
• Monitor customer-facing systems and records to ensure accuracy before migration milestones.
• Provide recommendations for operational improvements and process enhancements.
• Utilize system tools and training resources to perform work efficiently.
• Manage multiple assignments with deadlines and quality standards.
• Adapt to changing priorities and ongoing process enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and support automation initiatives.
