Agent Alliance is seeking motivated representatives to remotely meet with individuals who sign up for supplemental benefits. You will consult, explain options, and help select plans that fit families' needs.

Successful reps are communicative, ambitious, and team players, with a flexible schedule and potential home-based work. Weekly performance-based pay is offered, with first-year earnings averaging $65,000 to $70,000.

Qualifications

• Must be able to reach out to individuals who requested more information.
• Schedule Zoom meetings with members to discuss benefits.
• Customize benefit plans to fit client needs and review plans.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and new leads.
• Provide attentive service and handle questions about benefits.

Responsibilities
