Agent Alliance is seeking representatives who can consult with families about supplemental benefits, explain options, and help select plans that fit their needs. Ideal candidates communicate well, are ambitious, organized, and think like entrepreneurs while working as collaborative team players.

Responsibilities include reaching out to interested individuals, scheduling Zoom meetings, tailoring benefit plans, maintaining client relationships, and providing responsive customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits offered.
• Schedule Zoom meetings with members to review options and questions.
• Customize benefit plans to fit each client's current needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct benefit reviews and assist with claims or adjustments as needed.
• Provide attentive customer service and respond to client questions promptly.
