Responsibilities

• Reach out to individuals who requested more information on our benefits
• Schedule Zoom meetings with members
• Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit client needs
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Perform benefit reviews and assist with claims or adjustments
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support
• Respond to and resolve questions about benefits
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and updated on schedule
